Butterfly Labs now accepting orders for loose 65 nm ASIC Mining Chip (check  here), each chip is capable to produce 4GH/s of mining power. Company is selling minimum 100 chips per order, with 50% amount in advance and 50% upon delivery. Company also claim to deliver product in 100 days, although their track record in delivering products on time is not that good.
